Ronald F. Way - Mr. Way is a founder, owner and Managing Director of the Fionda Group of Companies, a telecommunications marketing organization headquartered in Santa Barbara, California. In 2003, Fionda Group was recognized by INC. Magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in America. In prior work, Mr. Way has practiced as an architect in California and is still a member of the American Institute of Architects, has founded other successful companies in the software business, has been an author, and has had his own radio series on subjects of religious interest broadcast over the ABC Radio Satellite Network. He is a retired Lt. Commander of the U.S. Navy, Civil Engineer Corps.

Steven E. McGovern - Mr. McGovern is a general practice attorney in private law practice in Santa Barbara with the firm of Thiele & McGovern. He previously practiced criminal law in Tacoma, Washington. Steve is a former U.S. Marine.

Aaron Petersen - Mr.Petersen is a small business owner in Solvang, California, owning a variety of retail outlets as well as developing and consulting in real estate development. Mr. Petersen is a father of four young children, a licensed attorney and previously was an Assistant District Attorney and a member of a large litigation law firm in Washington State. Currently he is Planning Commission Chairman for the City of Solvang, Board Member of the Santa Barbara Channel Islands YMCA, Head JV high school football coach, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Ynez Valley Sports Foundation, past member of the Santa Ynez High School Board of Trustees, and past member of the Board of Trustees of Alan Hancock College.

Richard Stambaugh - the President and CEO of Fionda, joined the company in 2001. He brought with him over twenty years of experience from “the other side of the fence.” He has been a key executive for several direct selling companies, including the West Bend Company, where he was Director of New Business Development (domestic and international), Herbalife International, where he was Director of Corporate Marketing, and Fitness Today, Inc. as their Vice President, Sales and Operations. |

Kevin Clark - Mr. Clark is a professional management consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, based in San Diego, California. He is a marketing and strategic communications professional with more than 30 years of government and private industry experience. He retired from the U.S. Navy in 1996.
